Olympic Park & Sydney Showground

How it works:

Simply book online and add a reservation note with the event you’re getting dropped for.

When you join us for lunch or dinner on the event date, simply let our team know what time you would like to head over, and we’ll organise your Shuttle timeslot.

Where we drop you:

The Silverwater Hotel Shuttle will take you through the bus lanes, skipping the traffic, to the drop off point.

For at capacity events, the drop off point will be located at P5 Parking, Sydney Olympic Park. From here, the Sydney Olympic Park Shuttle Service drives back & forth between the stadium and P5 parking.

For all other Major events we can drop you even closer to the stadium without the need for the P5 Shuttle service.

Getting Back:

Simply meet us where we dropped you!

Hint: Drop a pin before heading off for peace of mind.

Silverwater Hotel Shuttles will be driving back & forth after your event with a short wait between each pick-up.

Note: If you arrive a little early or need to leave the event for any reason, simply give us a call to notify us that you’re ready to be collected.
